Chanel 4
Chanel 4 is a British chain of Télévision of the Public service.
It was created by a law of the Parlement and started to diffuse its programs the November 2nd 1982. With the difference of the chain of public service BBC, Chanel 4 does not receive any public fund. All its programs are financed by its marketing activities, of which the Publicité S.
