Chandler is a city of the state of the Arizona, with the the United States. It is one of the principal suburbs of Phoenix. Its population was of: 30000 inhabitants in 1980, and of: 176582 inhabitants in 2000. This important rise resulted in a fort urban spreading out which reached its limits today, since it cannot extend on the Gila River Indian Community. Chandler is especially a residential city, considered as a Ville-dortoir of Phoenix, but Intel Corporation and other firms are present there, like Motorola.
Chandler has an airport (code AITA: CHD).
