Championships of Europe of athletics 1950

The 4 éme Championnats of Europe of athletics took place of the 23 to the August 27th 1950 with Brussels. The uncontested star of the organization was the Dutchwoman Fanny Blankers-Koen; she gained three gold medals (100 m, 200 m, 80 m hedges) and a money medal (relay 4 X 100 m).
