Championship of Yugoslavia of football

The Championnat of Yugoslavia of football was created in 1923. The championship gathered the best clubs of Yugoslavia is the clubs of the actual positions of Bosnia-Herzégovine, of Croatia, Macedonia, the Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia. The championship existed until in 1992. The Croatian clubs and Slovenien did not take part in the season 1991/92, the Croatia and the Slovenia having obtained their independence as of 1991. Moreover, because of the war in Bosnia-Herzégovine which began in March 1992, certain clubs of bosnien could not completely finish the season.
