Championship of Japan of American football

The X League is a semi-professional competition Japan ease of American football. This league joining together in 2006 18 clubs divided into three geographical groups was created in 1996. The season is held from September to December and the great final, from now on named Japan X Bowl after having borne the name of Super Bowl, is held in December. The winner of Japan X Bowl is qualified to dispute the national final the opponent with the best university club, the Rice Bowl.

X-League exclusively gathers clubs supported by companies. This championship made following the championship corpo of Japan which was set up between 1981 and 1995, but X-League retains only the prize list established since 1987.
