Championship of France of hockey D3

The Division 3 is the current name of the fourth level of the championship of France of Hockey, behind the D2, the D1 and the Ligue Magnus. This official competition was installation in 1987 - 1988.

Structure

Division 3 consists of six groups distributed geographically and composed each of five or six teams.

Western Group a:
Group b: Ile de France - Center and Southern
Group C: Ile de France - North
Group D: North
Group E: Is
Groupe F: South Is Each team receives her adversaries once and moves once on their premises. At the conclusion of these matches return ticket, the three first of each group are divided into three new groups of six teams in order to play the Play-off . After a new series of match return ticket between the teams of each group, each first as well as the best second are qualified for the final furnace , last walk before the accession with the higher level. Parallel to the play-off are organized play-down , in three groups also, between the classified teams 4th, 5th and 6th of each group of the first phase.

The Final furnace is organized in only one skating rink at the time of one only and even weekend. Each team meets her adversaries once. The two first of this final hen are allowed in Division 2.
