Attribution of the title

The formula of the tournament is applied to make it possible to decree the honorary title of champion of France of division 2. The winners of each group will meet on a match outward journey/return and the best will then be crowned champion.

The Racing Club of Strasbourg is crowned champion of France of the Second division.

Stoppings for the accession in division 1

Both second of each group will meet in matches return ticket to determine the third club which reaches in the 1st division.

At the conclusion of the stoppings FC Gueugnon remains in the second division while FC Rouen is promoted in the first division.
