Chain-of-Coupis
Chain-of-Coupis the is a common French, located in the department of the the Jura and the area Franche-Comté.
Geography
The commune is located in a grid of villages connected by streets which cross many agricultural and timbered pieces strewn with many ponds. The commune is made up mainly of some houses distributed along a principal artery north-western/south-eastern, “Main street” whose edges end in bottom of bag in fields in south-west and an wooded area in the North-East. This artery connects the village of Pleure to south-east with a fork in the North-West which by north leads to the village of Gatey and by the North-West leads to the Départementale 468 also called Route of Lons-the-Salt maker. This zone is delimited by the Départementale 468 in the west, the Départementale 469 in north and the Départementale 475 in the east. Secondary road 468 and 475 meet in south-east on the level of the highway 39.The commune is to 19,2 km in the south of Dole and to 30,9 km in the north of Lons-the-Salt maker. The other big cities are Dijon in north, Geneva in south-east and Lyon in the south.
