Chūkaku-ha
Chukaku-ha (aka Faction Core ) is a terrorist group of extreme-left Japanese founded in 1957 following the fragmentation of the Japanese Communist party. It would have been created by dissidents of the National federation of the organizations coeds. In its first grinding, this formation was an organization trotskyste.
In 1963, the organization separated in two groups, " Chukakuha" and " Kakumaruha. " Chukakuha remained attached to its orgines communist by professing the theories Marxist-Leninists of revolution.
The group was one of the 23 formations composing the " Gauche" news; Japanese woman. It was largest of these groups of left as well as the terrorist group broadest of Japan.
In the years 1980 the Chukaku-ha is regarded as the most important movement of extreme-left. It then counts 200 members and 3000 sympathizers.
The group is composed of two branches, a small political wing, and a military wing known like the Revolutionary Armée with Kansai. The objectives of the group are to protest against the Japanese imperial system, like against the Western imperialism, and for the departure of the American military forces of the Japanese ground.
The Chukaku-ha draws its incomes from the contributions of its members, the sale of newspapers, and the basic lifting campaigns.
The Chukaku-ha is combined with the Communist revolutionary league of Japan
Its chief is Toru Takagi.
Terrorist activities
The Chukaku-ha expressed its communist beliefs while tackling the imperial system, in the Japanese government, the American military infrastructures, UNO and the G7. The Chukaku-ha often took part in actions of masses in the street. The attacks of the Revolutionary Army of Kansai caused generally more damage with official buildings than made victims, the homicides relating to rival bunches rather. Its operations often took place at the time of precise events. At the time of the war of the gulf, extension of the international airport of Narita, sending of Japanese troops in Kampuchea within the framework of the maintenance missions of the peace of UNO. In 1985 and 1986, the group sabotaged railroads to make run off the line trains in answer to the privatization of the Japanese companies of railroad. It also tackled American naval bases with rockets flamers.
May 4th, 1986 Chukaku-ha tackled the Economic Summit of Tokyo while drawing from the artisanal rockets in direction of the Heads of State. There no were victims.
The last attack goes back to 2001 when an explosive device destroyed the car of a civil servant of the prefecture of Chiba was. The civil servant worked on the extension of the airport of Narita.
