Chénas counts 3 castles: - The Castle Lambert built in 1690 downstream from the old village, since the displacement of this last it is in upstream of the current village. It was to occupy by a noble family then about 1800 by nuns and after the second world wars by various families. - The Castle of the co-operative of the beginning of the 19th century, its impressive suckers visit themselves. - The Castle of Michelons, small castle of moyenageuse origin or rebirth
