Ceviche

The ceviche is a Marinade of fish, onion and green lemon juice. It is a speciality of the Peru. The ceviche is a mode of conservation of believed fish that one finds in Central America and South America.
The ceviche is been useful cold, it is the lemon juice and the pepper which “will have cooked it”.
To the Mexico, one adds to the basic receipt of pepper, the coriandre, tomatos and sometimes of cucumber. It is in general consumed of out of work or with aperitif.
