Cesarism

The cesarism indicates a Political regime inspired of the Gouvernement of Jules César and Roman Emperors, where the capacity is concentrated between the hands of a man extremely supported by the people.

One speaks about " cesarism démocratique" when the people accept that only one man holds all the capacities. For example during the second Empire (1852-1870).
