History
The commune of Cerzat was occupied as of the Préhistoire since the cliffs of Blot revealed a stratigraphy of the Paléolithique superior, energy of the recent Gravettien (23 000 BP) to the final Magdalénien (10 000 BP), while passing by the Protomagdalénien (20 000 BP) and the Badegoulien (17 000 BP).
