Cerus

Cerus is the financial Holding of the Italian business man Carlo de Benedetti in France.

This holding was made known by a brilliance blow, like the takeover of Valeo and of the Presses of the City, but undergoes a serious reverse in 1988 in its tenative of tender offer on the General society of Belgium.

From 1990, the company started to cause suspicion in the medium of the Parisian money market.
