Cerargyrite

The cerargyrite (AgCl) is a chemical Composé. One finds it in the shape of an amorphous white powder. Into solution, it breaks up into cation money Ag+ and anion chloride Cl. It is a compound far from water soluble. The cerargyrite exists in nature in outcrops of money seams. One obtains in laboratory the cerargyrite all the times that one treats a money salt (except bromide and iodide of money) by hydrochloric acid. This compound is very much used in silver photography.
