Ceramics blade
The blades of ceramics are Lame S light and solids equipping with the Couteau X; they are very sharp and seldom need to be sharpened. Not being metal, the blade cannot oxidize; but their great rigidity induces a brittleness in the event of shock.
One can find them in ranges of kitchen knifes, but certain marks sell them in the form of Couteau pocket.
