Cepsa
CEPSA or Compañía Española de Petróleos S.A., founded in 1927, was the first private Spanish oil company. Its seat is located at Madrid.
The company is held in November 2006 with 48,83% by French Total SA and with 30,55% by BSCH, then 9.54% by International Petroleum Investment Company, 5% by Union Fenosa. The balance being regarded as floating.
