Central province (the Solomon Islands)
The central province (or Central Province ) is one of the provinces the Solomon Islands. It is made up mainly by the islands Russell and Nggella (islands of Florida).
The area has a surface of 615 km ² and counted 21 577 inhabitants in 1999. Its capital is Tulagi.
