The central commission of social security comes to a conclusion about the calls formed against the decisions of the departmental commissions (Article L134-2 of the Code of the social action and the families); she also decides, in certain cases, in first and the last arises (Article L134-3). Its decisions can be the subject of an appeal to the Supreme Court in front of the Council of State.
