The Center of studies alexandrines (CEAlex) is a French team of Recherche in Archéologie based with Alexandria (Egypt) directed by Jean-Yves Empereur.
Its research fields relate to the Archéologie and the Histoire of the town of Alexandria (Egypt).
Underwater excavations
Site of the Headlight of Alexandria, directed by Jean-Yves Emperor and Isabelle Hairy. Elements left water (sphinx, columns, elements of the headlight) are exposed to the Museum of outdoor of Kom el Dikka.
