Center of electronics of the armament

The Center of electronics of armament (CELAR) is a technical center French of the Guerre of information. He proposes services of studies, expertises and tests in five different trades with technologies and competences. The collaboration of all these experts, engineers and technicians, makes it possible to offer a total technical support with all the programs, equipment and systems, of information and communication.

Collaborations and partnerships

Currently, the CELAR is a center of the DGA, whose technical centres are gathered within the DET. It brings its technical support with the directors of programs of armament, French and allied.

French expert of the war of information, the CELAR has powerful means, of which some are single in Europe. Its capacity of services to the profit of customers, soldiers and civilians, is defined according to two major axes: expertises and tests.
