Center formalities of the companies

In France, the Centres of the formalities of the companies (CFE) contribute to facilitate and accelerate " the course administratif" creators of Undertaken S while allowing them to deposit in the same place (" counter unique") in only once, on the same document (" bundle unique"), the declarations to which they are held to subscribe.

When the file given to the CFE is complete, this one gives in récipissé exchange one of deposit of file of creation of company which makes it possible to the creator to declare his company near the public agencies (France Telecom, EDF, La Poste…) without awaiting its extract of registration (K or Kbis).

This service is free. However, the CFE of the Chambers of commerce and Industry and of the Chambres of trades can propose an assistance with the optional complementary formality to you (council, assistance for the preparation of the file…) who is invoiced. The tariffs are posted in each CFE.
