The Swiss Center paraplegic (CSP) is a private clinic established with Nottwil, specialized in first aid and the integral rehabilitation of the medullary paralyzed .

The Swiss Center the paraplegic ones is largest of the four private clinics specialized for para and tetraplegic in Suisse, the three others being located at Basle, Geneva and Zurich. At the present time, the CSP ensures the care of more than 70% of all the paralyzed medullary ones in Switzerland.
