Center Marxist international revolutionist
The international revolutionary Marxist Center , known also under the name of " Office of London " , is a gathering of socialist parties of left having existed in the Thirties. It was formed at a meeting in margin of a Conference of the Internationale socialist worker in Vienna in 1931 and officially proclaimed in 1932 as a International office for the revolutionary socialist unit .
It gathered parties as well refusing compromisings of the International socialist worker as the dogmatism of the Internationale Communist. It was largely dominated by the German SAP, the Independent Labor Party British, the Onafhankelijke Socialistische Partij Dutch, and Spanish POUM.
From 1935, the Office of London published an international bulletin: the Revolutionary Socialist Bulletin .
Trotsky tested without result making of it the organic base of future a Fourth International, but the principal parties refused its proposals.
In 1938 the Office of London created the International Working Face (FOI).
