Center Belgian of the cartoon
The Belgian Center of the cartoon , or Museum of the data base , is installed with Brussels in a building, masterpiece of the Art nouveau conceived by Victor Horta in 1906 to shelter the department stores of fabrics Waucquez.
After a complete restoration of the places, the Belgian Center of the cartoon opened her doors in 1989.
