The cellulase is an enzyme which can break up/digest the Cellulose.
Use
The cellulase can be used, related to the Pectinase, to obtain Protoplastes starting from vegetable cells.
Explanation
The skeletal wall consisting of Cellulose (and Pectin), the pectinase will break up cellulose.
