Cellular Immortalisation
the cellular immortalisation is a term used in cellular Biologie, which consists with “Transformer” a culture of cells by generally an agent Oncogène (for example T of SV40), in order to establish a cellular Lignée with the potential of cellular divisions unlimited, i.e. escaping the Sénescence cellular normal.
This process of disordered state of the cellular Cycle is close to the Tumorigénèse which one finds for some Cancer S.
It can be also obtained in a spontaneous way, without the use of a oncogene, with certain particular cells whose potential of disordered state of the cellular cycle, or the activity of the Télomérase on the Télomère S is high.
