Cellou Dalein Diallo

Cellou Dalein Diallo (February 3rd 1952 -) is a politician Guinea N and old Prime Minister of Guinea of the December 9th 2004 with the April 5th 2006. It is named at this station then dismissed by the president Lansana Conté. It takes the vacant station left for 8 months after the departure in Exil of the former Prime Minister François Lonseny Fall the April 30th 2004.

Former employee of the central bank, Diallo joined the team of the Conté general in 1995. After having been useful as public Minister for Labor, he becomes Minister for fishing and the Aquaculture under the Fall government. Diallo profits, from its economic formation, of a certain credibility on the level of the international financial authorities like the the IMF or the the World Bank.

April 4th, 2006, the Guinean radio informs its listeners that Diallo will receive extended capacities, but the program is quickly stopped by soldiers. The following day, president Conté dislocates Diallo of all his functions for “serious error”. Diallo is replaced by the minister of state with the presidential Businesses, Fodé Bangoura in May 2006.
