Celje
Celje is a town of Slovenia, located at center-is country, populated 37 800 inhabitants in 2002.
History
It was historically very important: in the Antiquity, it was named the “Second Troy” ( Troia secunda ) and it was also the seat of the last independent historical Slovenien State (until the independence of the Slovenia in 1991), the county of Celje.

The weapons of the counts de Celje, three stars in reversed triangle, are always on the weapons (and the flag) of the Slovenia.
