Cedic/VIFI will become towards the end of the year 80 Cedic-Nathan, then Nathan software. Specialized in the edition of educational and school softwares. In 1990, the subsidiary company moves with 3-5, avenue Galliéni with Gentilly, in the same building as the Nathan Plays. Its catalog covers the assistance with the schooling of the nursery school to the vat, either by the means of original software, or by adapting by means of computer the works of the bottom of the editor (Retz labyrinths, Exonathan…). Nathan-software also developed and diffused the desktop publishing software: The journalist. Developed at the time of plan IPT (Data-processing For All) for nanoreseau and Thomson machine, the software will be seen carried in 1989 on PC, using graphical interface GEM from DIGITAL Research (this choice, rather than Windows 2, in order to facilitate a possible bearing on ATARI ST, which will be never carried out). In 1991, Nathan Logiciels diffuses PC-GLOBE, electronic atlas of American origin, and packs its catalog by diffusing encyclopedic products, like PC Human body and PC Universe. In 1993, according to the example of its fellow-member Coktel Vision and his product ADI, Nathan Logiciels launches the range “the Magic Office” which covers CP with the 3rd French matters, Maths, and for the college, English. In 1994, the Nathan group separates from Nathan Logiciels, which is repurchased by its director, Michel BUSSAC, and becomes Edusoft. The company moves in Malakoff and continues its multi-media activity of development, edition and diffusion of educational and cultural products, quasi only on CD-ROM. In 1996, Michel BUSSAC yields the Edusoft company to the American group Softkey. Edusoft will amalgamate with a French subsidiary company of the softkey group, Personnal software, and will become TLC-Edusoft
