Cedel Geneva
The Genevese subsidiary company of Cedel was created August 2000. It acts a branch related to the clearing house Clearstream. The goal recorded with the trade register: “Investment of the surplus liquidities”.
The report management 2002 of Deutsche Börse, the owner of Cedel Geneva, quotes all acquisitions of the group, but omits the Genevese branch. Questioned on this house girl in April 2003, Clearstream answers via its spokesperson Payam Rowhani that “Cedel International forever have of Genevese subsidiary company.”

In 2003, Ernest Backes, former employee of International Cedel and joint author with the journalist Denis Robert of the book Révélation$, and Andre Strebel, expert in economy, denounced Cedel Geneva with the Public ministry of the Swiss Confederation which a its open investigation into the activity of Cedel Geneva.
