Cécile Gagnon is a author E and illustrator of Conte S for children Québécois E born with Quebec, the January 7th 1936.

She studied the Littérature with the Université Laval then the Graphic arts with the Boston University and the 3Ecole Nationale Sup3erieure of decorative arts of Paris as well as artistic education with Sir Georges Williams.
