Cebu Pacific Air (Code AITA 5J) is a Airline company at low cost based with Pasay City, Manila (Filipino). It is the second company after Filipino Airlines. Its principal base is on the Ninoy-Aquino international airport with Manila with another hub with the international airport of Mactan-Cebu.

It is a subsidiary company of JG Summit Holdings, controlled by the sino-Filipino family Gokongwei. Its chairman is Lance Gokongwei, heir supposed to John Gokongwei, the honorary president of JG Summit.
