Caused hyperglycemia per bone
HGPO (Hyper Glycemia Per Os) is an examination of tracking of the Diabète gestationnel. It is carried out in a laboratory on ordinance, that is to say following a pathological O' Sullivan (Glycemia has jeun > 0,90g/l; Glycemia after absorption of 50g of glucose > 1,30 g/l) is for a late diagnosis (higher has 24 weeks of Aménorrhée) of diabetes gestationnel.
This test consists of the absorption of 100g of Glucose in once. The thresholds are 0,95 g/l has jeun; 1,80 g/l with 1 a.m.; 1,40 after 2 a.m. and 1,35 after 3 a.m. When one of the values is pathological it is an intolerance with glucose, beyond 2 pathological values it is a diabetes gestationnel (DG).
In the case of intolerance, a Régime will be enough (suppression to fast sugars: chocolate, candies etc.).
In that of the DG a very regular monitoring of the Glycemia S (Dextros before and after the meal is necessary): for certain women the mode is sufficient to correct the glycemias, for others the installation of a protocol of Insuline can be necessary.
It appears all the same that in at least 97% of the cases, the DG disappears after the childbirth.
In all the case the follow-up by a Endocrinologue and a Diététicienne is necessary.
