catholic Documentation is a Bimensuel Francophone created in 1919, published by the group Bayard presses. He has the role to make known “the thought and the writings of the Église, the principal official texts in France and in the world: message of the Pope, of the the Holy See, the bishop S of the whole world, oecumenical documents”, which are published in their entirety in their French translation.

In June 2007, the cardinal Francis Arinze deplored that the review omitted to present one of its speeches to the Institute of higher learning of liturgical, where he criticized the liturgical Horizontalisme.
