Catherine Gide
Writer, Catherine Gide is the natural girl and the only child of André Gide, Nobel Prize of literature, and Elisabeth Van Rysselberghe (girl of Maria and the painter Théo Van Rysselberghe). She was born on April 18th, 1923 in Annecy and was recognized by her father with died of Madeleine, marries of Andre Gide. She is the wife in first weddings of the Germanist and university Jean Lambert (1914-1999).
