The cathedral of the Nativity-of-Marie de Rieux is located in France, in the commune of Rieux-Volvestre department of the Haute-Garonne, in the area the Midday-Pyrenees, in edge of the Arize.

History

The Cathedral strengthened Gothic art which goes up with creation by the Pape Jean XXII in 1317 of the Diocèse of Rieux, which was dissolved at the time of the French revolution in 1790
