Cathedral of Hamar
The cathedral of Hamar was a Cathédrale, today ruins some, located at Hamar (Norway).
The construction of the Cathédrale began in 1152 to be supplemented in 1200. In the beginning equipped with a Romanesque architecture, it was thereafter converted in the Gothic style . The Cathédrale was destroyed in 1567 by the army of Sweden at the time of the Scandinavian war 7 year old. Today, the remainders of the building belong to the Musée Hedmark ( Hedmarksmuseet ) and are protected by a modern structure which is worth to him the nickname of “ Double cathedral ”.
