Catechumen

A catechumen (in Latin catechumenus , derived from the old Greek κατηχοὐμενος / katêkhoúmenos , of κατηχέω / katêkhéô , “to inform of sharp voice”) is in the Christian tradition a person who is not yet not baptized, but which is informed for becoming it.
