Catches of tender (wrestling)

A catch of tender, with the Wrestling, consists in making give up, to make lose conscience or to affablir its adversary.

Catch of the foot, the leg or the knee

Angle lock

The attacker seizes with its two hands the foot of the adversary which is on the knees, then this one turns ankle of the adversary in a direction of which ankle would not have causing a great pain. Crossface hold

Chris Benoit used this catch as a catch of completion but this catch was invented by Dean Malenko.

STF

The Step-over Toe-hold Facelock (STF) the adversary is on the ground on the belly. In Japan, this catch is popularized by Masahiro Chono which uses it as a catch of completion. In the United States, this catch is popularized by John Cena, which it names STF-U , abbreviation of " Shut The Fuck Up" and pun with the original name, which uses it as catch of completion.

STS

The Step-over Toe-hold Sleeper-hold (STS) . As in a STF but the attacker applies a sleeper-hold to its adversary. Masahiro Chono popularizes it.
