Catathrénie
The catathrénie is a sleep disorder benign, belonging to the Parasomnie S.
The subjects reached of catathrénie are taken night moanings, of growl or other vocalizations. These vocalizations occur with the expiry, preferentially during the paradoxical Sommeil. The moanings occur per periods of a few minutes being able to repeat itself several times per night.
The examinations carried out do not show laryngées anomalies, vocal Cords nor of night ventilatory disorder.
No treatment showed its effectiveness, the partner of room can resort to auditive protections to avoid the embarrassment.
