In the center, a door with semicircular arch, pilaster and triangular pediment, a coupled window on the first floor, an attic window also with double bay, surmounted by a curved pediment and florets in the roofs, are staged, carefully installed into sitted of granite. The same reason for decoration reproduces in the other openings of the frontage and the houses, except that the pediments are triangular and less solid masses. A coprs of home making return of angle, built subsequently in a simpler style, was harmonized with the whole since 1840.The northern frontage preserves a round tower at the north-western angle; it is supposed that before the construction of the wing is, it existed one second, symmetrical about it.
The vault is mentioned in 1630; a request for conservation is made in 1804; it since was installed in the castle.

The legend of Catherine-without-pity
The legendary lady of the Rock-Pichemer, Catherine-without-pity , was not a " good dame". Inter alia misdeeds, one shows it to have attached together a man and an ox and, to see which would survive the other, to have let them die of hunger. She thus was precisely condemned, for centuries, with night races on a tank of fire during the nights of winter.
As there exists several Catherine in the ladies of the Rock-Pichemer, it would be bold to say which was without pity . The legend was put in worms and imprimée.
