The castle of Pez , is a wine field of 30 ha only one holding, located at Saint-Estèphe. It belongs to the believed middle-class exceptional.

History of the field

It is one of the oldest field of Saint-Est2ephe wine going back to the 16th century.

The soil

The soil of Phélan Ségur is a ground made of sand-gravel mix argilo-sand spreaders, planted of 45% Cabernet-sauvignon, 44% Merlot, 8% Cabernet-franc, and 3% Petit verdot.
