Castle of Herrenstein
The Château of Herrenstein is located in the Commune Frenchwoman of Neuwiller-lès-Saverne, in the department of the the Low-Rhine.
History
The Château is built at the end of the 11th century by the counts of Dagsburg, acknowledged Monastère, to ensure the control of the Abbaye of Neuwiller. At the 16th century, it is modernized by Specklin, Architecte of the town of Strasbourg to make a fortress of it.
Access
In the village, to take towards the Small-Pierre, by the street of the Herrenstein . Then to follow the marked out path of blue crosses of Saint-Andrew.
