Localization
The castle of Clavières is located at Ayrens, a common French, located in the department of the Cantal and the area Auvergne.
History
Unfortunately, a fire devastates this residence on May 25th, 1936, by leaving only ruins. A more recent sale deprived Ayrens of the last vestiges of this castle, remains however, the literary work of one of its more famous occupying: the Duke of the Room of Rochemaure, writer occitan.
