The duke, who became Marshal of France in 1741, increases the field and made there complete considerable work which is worth in Bizy the nickname of “Norman Versailles”. In 1817, the duchess of Orleans, which repurchases its goods sold under the Revolution, returns in possession of Bizy that his/her son, become Louis-Philippe I {{er}} in 1830, inherits with his death in 1821: it adds two wings at the building, restores the old buildings, creates a landscaped garden and plants many trees. The king often remains there, sometimes going there in railroad starting from the startup of a line, in 1843.

In 1858, the Goods of the house of Orleans, confiscated by Napoleon III, are put at the Bizy biddings is acquired by the baron Fernand de Schickler, brother-in-law of the Duc of Albufera, then mayor of Vernon. In 1860, it makes rebuild the central part of the home, perhaps by the architect William White, in a neo-classic style very Italianist, perhaps inspired of the Albani palate of Rome. A living room is especially arranged to receive painted woodworks, coming, according to the tradition, of the Château of Bercy. In 1909, the baron de Schickler bequeaths Bizy to its nephew Louis Suchet, fourth duke of Albufera, which completes the castle by closing the main courtyard by two wings. The castle remained since then in the family Suchet d' Albufera.
