Casseneuil

Casseneuil is a common French, located in the department of Lot-et-Garonne and the area Aquitaine.

Its Roman name Cassinogilum means “Clearing in the forest of oaks”.

Casseneuil is located on a natural Presqu'île at the Confluent of the Lot of the Lède and Sône.

The origin of this village Médiéval goes up at the time Gallo-Roman.
