It with the shape of a triangular bag with two openings: Large (a complete side of the triangle) to introduce the trimming (cream, Ganache, etc) and small (the opposite angle) where one places the casing (several possible sizes and forms) and by which the trimming leaves. There exist washable casing pockets and others, out of plastic, of single use.
There exist casing pockets provided with a part making it possible to change the casing without emptying the pocket. This special part is made of 2 parts out of hard plastic.
