Tukulti-Ninurta was king d' Assyrie (1244 - 1208), under whom the Assyrian Empire knew his first apogee (approximately 1230 - 1200), being released of the supervision of Mitanni. Under its reign, the Assyrie extended on most of the the Middle East, going until including Babylon starting from 1227.
It built a new capital for Assyrie, Kar-Tukulti-Ninurta.
After its death, the Empire lost its power abruptly, and lost its influence lasting approximately 5 centuries.
