Carson Beckett

Carson Beckett is a character of fiction of the series Stargate Atlantis played by Paul McGillion.

Biologist and Doctor as a chief on the basis of Atlantis in the Galaxy of PEGASE, Carson Beckett was assigned in an original manner like representative of Scotland with before station of Old in the Antarctic, where he discovered that he had very rare gene making it possible to interact with technologies of Old. More precisely, it was Beckett which discovered exact gene necessary to operate the apparatuses of Old.

In spite of the fact that Beckett one is not impassioned of technology, Dr. Rodney McKay obliged it to sit down on the chair of order of before station with an aim of learning some more on this technology. He dies in an explosion in the episode “Sunday” (SG-A: 03x17).

He however will be present in 18th and the 19th episode of season 4, without more details.
